We’re working on making food waste more transparent (literally), but we’re also working with the dining team to collect daily waste data so that we can help you understand the Hartwick community's impact on the environment.

And we’ve been silently tracking waste since the start of the Fall! Did you know….

Wasted food also means wasted resources. We understand that changing your habits may seem insignificant — but every little bit counts!
